Ingredienti:
1 porro,insalata mista radicchio,valeriana,soncino,250 gr.filetto di salmone affumicato,5 fichi,olio evo (io)biologico Tripodi, q.b.sale q.b.1 lime o limone.
Procedimento:
Tagliare il porro a rondelle sottili,lavare i vari tipi di'insalata e formare un primo strato.Adagiare i filetti di salmone affumicato, i fichi lavati e tagliati a spicchi con tutta la buccia e condire con un po' di olio evo e il succo di un lime o limone.

Procedure:
