Un primo piatto fresco, genuino e colorato.
Ingredienti per 3 persone:
280 gr. di cous cous,1 peperone giallo,1 peperone rosso,2 zucchine,2 carote,1 cipolla,olio evo e sale q.b.erba cipollina tritata.
Procedimento:
Portare ad ebollizione l'acqua circa un 600 ml. e salarla.Spegnere e versare il cous cous dentro la pentola con un filo d'olio e coprirla,sempre a fuoco spento,sino a quanto non aumenta di volume ed abbia assorbito tutta l'acqua,dopo sgranarlo con una forchetta.In una padella con un pò d'olio,affettare la cipolla,i peperoni, le zucchine e le carote e cuocere per una decina di minuti,non sfardarle fate in modo che rimangano sode,salare il tutto.Mescolare il cous cous con le verdure e cospargere infine con dell'erba cipollina tritata.
