Ciambella natalizia allo yogurt di mirtilli

Non c’è posto al mondo che io ami più della mia cucina. Non importa dove si trova, com’è fatta: purché sia una cucina, un posto dove si fa da mangiare, io sto bene. Se possibile le preferisco funzionali e vissute. Magari con tanti strofinacci asciutti e puliti e le piastrelle bianche che scintillano.Un luogo che condivido volentieri con gli amici a me cari….

Ingredienti:

300 g di yogurt ai mirtilli, 200 g di farina “00” , 100 g di burro ,100 g. di maizena,180 g di zucchero semolato,4 uova intere + 1 tuorlo (allevate a terra),1 bustina di lievito per dolci,un pizzico di sale,100 g. di mirtilli secchi, 1 cucchiaio di miele.

Preparazione:


Montare  con uno sbattitore i tuorli d’uovo con lo zucchero fino a quando non risulteranno gonfi e spumosi. Incorporare lo yogurt a temperatura ambiente e mescolare per amalgamare bene il tutto. Dopo aver setacciato la farina, la maizena e il lievito, aggiungerli delicatamente. Una volta uniti tutti gli ingredienti aggiungere il burro liquefatto e raffreddato ed infine gli albumi montati a neve con un pizzico di sale dall’alto verso il basso.  
Versare il composto in uno stampo del diametro di cm 24 imburrato
e infarinato. Infornare la ciambella in forno preriscaldato  a 180° per circa 45 minuti. 
Un volta cotto lasciarlo raffreddare,intanto mettere in ammollo in  acqua tiepida i mirtilli secchi per circa 30 minuti,sgocciolarli e lasciarli caramellare con un cucchiaio di miele in un pentolino. Adagiare la ciambella su di un piatto da portata e versarvi sopra i mirtilli caramellati.

Ingredients:
300 g of yogurt with blueberries, 200 g flour "00", 100 g of butter, 100 g. cornstarch, 180g caster sugar, 4 eggs + 1 egg yolk (raised to the ground), 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 100 g. of dried cranberries, 1 tablespoon honey.

Preparation:

Mount with a whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until they become swollen and frothy. Stir in the yogurt at room temperature and stir to mix well. After scouring the flour, cornstarch and baking powder, add them gently. Once all the ingredients together and add the butter melted and cooled, and finally the egg whites with a pinch of salt from the top down.
Pour the mixture into a mold with a diameter of 24 cm buttered
and floured. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 45 minutes.
A once cooked let it cool, meanwhile, soak in warm water dried cranberries for about 30 minutes, drain and let them caramelize with a tablespoon of honey in a small saucepan. Put the cake on a serving plate and pour over blueberries caramel.
